X. Termination

10.1 Unless this website terminates this Agreement or you apply to terminate this Agreement and cancel relevant user account with consent from the website, this Agreement will remain in force. If you violate this Agreement, its relevant regulations, or on the request of relevant laws and regulations or government organs, the website will have the right to inform you to terminate this Agreement, cancel your account or prevent you from using this website according to the notice method agreed in Article VII of this Agreement (including but not limited to Emails).

10.2 When you no longer meet the registered users' identity requirements (including but not limited to losing the Chinese citizen identity, death or loss of capacity for civil conduct) agreed in Article II of this Agreement and this agreement cannot be performed any more, this Agreement will terminate according to law. Your duly authorized representatives, successors, guardians and immediate families can apply to our website to inquire your user information provided during website registration and other transaction information and change relevant information after providing relevant proofing documents. At the same time, the website has the right to cancel your account.

XI. Others

11.1 If some terms of this Agreement are deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the other terms of these Agreement will remain valid.

11.2 The website can transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to its affiliates.

11.3 The legal entity of this website has the right of final interpretation of this Agreement.
